Can both, First and Last Name be included in the images?
It depends. Some images have the space available to be able to include both, First and Last name, others do not. Trying to fit both names in an image that is not meant to hold both names will make it look unrealistic. The cover will include first and last name and the recipient's address, if provided as part of your data file. Image set 5 has been created to hold first and last names on all 12 images.
Can less than 100 names be ordered? Yes. The absolute minimum is 50 calendars. Add 15% for a less than minimum order. Is there a set-up fee? No. There is no set-up if you use one of our pre-determined image sets (1-5), use standard cover and layout and begin the calendar in January. |
Do you send a proof before printing?
Yes. You should receive a virtual PDF proof of your calendar within 5 business days from receipt of your properly formatted data and logo file. The proof will include the logo and one name from your data file.
Can I personalize the image area with my company name rather than a person’s name? Sure! You can personalize the image area with whatever you like but keep in mind that Company names are sometimes long and as a result the image personalization may look unrealistic. Can I submit my own images for personalization? It can be done, however, images will need to be submitted for review since not all images are suitable for personalization. Submitting your own images will incur a set-up cost. |

| *Do not replace, remove, hide or change the order of any of the column headings in the spreadsheet, otherwise it will not be read correctly by our Image Personalization Generator. Double check your spreadsheet before submission for any spelling errors or unnecessary spaces as once it is submitted to us we will use it exactly AS IS to generate your calendar order. The "Address 1" field should ONLY include the street number and address. The "Address 2" field should ONLY be used for addresses that have a Suite #, Apartment #, etc., and should NOT be included as part of the "Address 1" field. ONLY ONE NAME PER CELL. First_name and last_name field should have 15 characters or less depending on image. Please refrain from using any type of symbols or signs ex. &, -, @, etc. No name combinations allowed ex. Jane & John. Only first names should be included, no middle initials. Only the first name column is required. The remaining columns can have no data if you don't want it to be in your calendars. However, if full mail preparation service is requested, you must provide data for all columns. If you have any questions please contact your sales representative before submitting something that deviates from the format above to be sure it will be usable. STANDARD CALENDAR PRICING INCLUDES • One calendar style • One image set selection (see pg. 10-11) • One full color logo imprint on every month and cover (supplied print ready including all typeset info in vector format). • January - December year run (different start month adds a $90 (t) set-up) • One multi-page PDF proof. (changes to artwork, requested after initial proof has been sent ,will incur a $40 (t) artwork alteration fee). Only one excel spreadsheet with one tab per order. • Standard factory supplied layout design and cover. |
PRODUCTION PROCESS 1. We will fax an order acknowledgement 48 hrs. after the order is received and reviewed. 2. We send one virtual Multi-page PDF at no cost to you of 12 months plus cover within 5 business days (includes one recipient's name and your logo, assuming we have all necessary files from you. (Artwork alterations required once Initial free proof has been sent will incur a $40 (t) alteration fee to produce a new proof). 3. Print production is 8 business days after virtual proof approval and it is increased during the months of Oct - Dec, call for current lead times. |
